I tried making a lentil salad with some tomatoes, lentils, red pepper and onions. I suck at chopping because I am kind of clumsy and I like my fingers so I err on the cautious side when it comes to chopping. And my teeth could use a good workout. As you can see, I had a chicken pattie and sweet potato with my salad.
I finished what I was working on at 1:09am. I have an appointment with Joel at 7am. I didn’t get to do any cardio yesterday either.
Lots and lots and lots of cardio this weekend.
