I’ve never tried kale before but I decided to give it a go and make some kale chips. You’ll need: kale, sea salt and some olive oil. (Other spices might taste good, too) Pull the kale off the stems, sprinkle some olive oil and sea salt, and throw it in the oven for 15-20 min at 425, or until the leaves start to brown. Even works in weird convection ovens like mine!
These may look like anything but, but they are turkey burgers made by yours truly. A package of ground turkey, an egg, some ground mustard and a clove of garlic combined to make these babies. Are they any good? Only lunchtime tomorrow will tell!
