There’s been a little bit of confusion, so I just wanted to clarify the rules of the challenge.
- You must send me (losingweightinthecity at gmail dot com) overall goals and your goals for this first week by noon today to enter. (Don’t worry, if you’ve already e-mailed me, you’re in…I’m still going through your e-mails.)
- You’ll check in every Wednesday (you have until midnight PST to do so) by e-mailing me with your progress. I’ll only be using first names if I’m shouting out your progress, but let me know if you want to stay totally anonymous. I’ll also never disclose your weight.
- The first check-in is next Wednesday, and the challenge ends March 21.
