When I started this exercise thang, I decided to stop taking my birth control. (Without talking my doctor. Yes, I know. File this under: don’t try at home.) I figured that I was probably pretty safe from immaculate conception and that I could lose more weight being off it. Yes, those few days a month might be a bit suckier, but at least for now, it’s worth it for me, if this study is to be believed. (Cause my muscles are getting pretty firm, if I do say so myself!)
