Morning snack

Five high-fiber Wheat Thin crackers and one BabyBel light. And I can’t wait for gym time later! I’m planning on a super-intense (but short, since intensity is more important than duration) 20 minutes of treadmill at the highest incline. I’ll run for 30 seconds, walk for a minute. Try it, it’s so much harder than it sounds.
