Pump salad/rice with sweet potato, bison, low fat Swiss, peppers and sweet red dressing. Heaven in a bowl.
This morning: Starbucks spinach feta wrap, banana before trainer session and a mid-morning snack of yogurt. The lunch was late so I probably won’t have an afternoon snack. I’m not always hungry for it, but it’s become such a part of my routine!
