So when my nutritionist told me the other day about 25-25-50 and imagining my plate divided like a barbecue plate, I’m pretty sure this isn’t what she meant. Let me say this first, there’s better meals, there’s worse meals. That said, I had the sweet-and-sour sauce on the side. According to LiveStrong.com, there was about 500 calories in this meal. Does that sound right to y’all? Also, keep in mind that this is from a “healthy” restuarant — Zen Palate. This is one of those times when I’m not really sure about the nutrition info. However, I had this dish a few times when I started down this journey and was losing a lot…maybe it has some magic weight-loss properties?
