As promised, a pictorial representation of everything I ate yesterday (even the ice cream!) from DailyBurn. I came in right at 1425 calories, a little less than the 1600 nutritionist recommended *for my goals* (read: don’t necessarily think this is perfect for you) but I think well within reason for my indulging this weekend. I’m going to try to keep doing this not so much for the calories, but to remain cognizant of everything I’ve put in my body.
Today so far: iced coffee, Fiber One cereal (Kashi Go Poop’s extra fiber-licious cousin) and a snacky of Fage 2% with strawberry. I’m not crazy about the “strawberry” – it’s extra sugar I don’t need – but the deli downstairs only had Fage Total.
