Ok, this is the sort of mad-genius stuff that happens when one is left at home for long periods of time: GUACAMOLE ICE CUBES. Solves the problem of guacamole going bad in the fridge quickly. It freezes and thaws quite well. One of these cubes is a single serving. Just defrost and use.
