I hate provocative headlines like this. NO, you can’t get fit in six minutes a week. Or even a day. I do interval training, but I do it every other workout (on the rare occasions I do two workouts in a day, one’s interval, one’s plain ole’ cardio), so it’s not like I’m exercising 15 minutes a day. There’s something to be said about interval training, but not about six minutes a week!!!
