Mum came in to help me celebrate (score for having a summer Friday on my bday). We rented bikes and rode up and down the length of Manhattan along the Hudson River. For those of you in NY, I absolutely recommend this. Bike rentals can be found for like $6 an hour, and the river path is a beautiful way to see the city. And then I introduced Mum to Pinkberry – YUM. Thanks for spending the day with me (and you know, that whole birth thing 24 years ago) Mum!
(and yes, that is a rainbow fanny pack she is wearing. I think the look will make a comeback, don’t you?)
