Joel says I don’t post enough about my workouts. So here you go. 30 min on the Expresso bike tonight. I’d wanted to do (more like felt like I should) the stairmaster but they were all being used. Oh damn 🙂 so half hour on this crazy bike it was. After not really working out last week, I was sore. I’ll post about my stretching tomorrow. Also I’ll post my dinner — scallops, sweet potato “fries” and spinach. My computer’s acting up and I used my real camera so I can’t upload them yet.
