I participated in the Army Ten-Miler in 2006, in a majorly sucky way. I say participated because I definitely didn’t run the whole thing. This year, I’m carrying a lot less weight, so I’ll definitely be running faster. I’m already in good cardio shape, I just need to um, run. So, this is my training schedule for the next eight weeks, courtesy of Liz, my college roommate Lindsay’s old roomie. Starting tomorrow.
