Walk like a…crab?

Yeah, that’s one of the many exercises Joel made me do this morning. I felt like I was a little kid back in gym class, and told him so. “Well, it’s good for kids! That’s why they make them do it, and that’s why I’m making you do it.”

Think about it — it pretty much works every single muscle. Make sure, though, that your shoulders are strong enough to hold your weight.
