This debate is interesting. A Newsweek reporter and a doctor are arguing over whether this is a bad thing or a good thing for Americans.
Had Matt Lauer asked my opinion? I would say I think that accepting our bodies and loving ourselves at any size is important, but working towards the healthiest version of ourselves should be a continuous journey.
AGREED.
Everyone should be loved and accepted no matter what size, but should work at being as healthy as possible, which is different for every person, but definitely doesn’t involve being fat.
