There’s an app for that! As I refuse to count calories, the only ones I find useful are DailyBurn, iFitness, and, of course, the Nike+ one. The MapMyRun (and MapMyRide, I’d imagine) is difficult to use if you want to change your music while working out, since Apple doesn’t let applications run in the background.
