I did five miles over the Brooklyn Bridge, through City Hall Park, down Broadway and to my apt. Joel says that the hills on the bridge are good training. I did the first and last mile as a warm-up and cool-down and ran the middle three hard…or as hard as I could after the wine and steak I consumed last night at my work dinner. [Sorry, no pics.]

Red meat? Love it, but so so so not good for running.*

Edit: Not good for running for me. May be something else for you, but for me, red meat bothers my stomach and slows me down.
