Sleeping on my back

I’m trying it tonight. I have had some minor lower back pain, and Joel asked how I sleep. Usually I sleep on my stomach with one arm curled around the pillow — when I wake up my pillows are usually perpendicular to each other! He says that doesn’t help my spine recorrect from the pressure put on it by sitting at a desk all day.

We’ll see.
