Craving Sweets

Like most humans, I have a sweet tooth. However, that sweet tooth leads to a not-so-sweet body, so I have to deny my sweet tooth. For the past 8 months, I got really really good at that. The past few weeks, not so much. I’ve been busy, Halloween was approaching, etc. Halloween is over, and I’m about to hide my candy (I’m bringing it to work tomorrow) and get back to exercising. The cravings legitmately went away when I stopped indulging them, so I’m going to go back to that.

After one more Twizzler.
