I’m definitely having some of this. Joel and I are working on it with some stability exercises. He says that it’s because my peroneal muscles (the outside of your lower leg muscles) aren’t strong enough. One of the exercises we’re doing for this is standing on one foot and touching that foot with a weight in the opposite hand. I look like such an ass doing it, because I definitely don’t have the stability yet to stay up.
Has anyone else had lower back pain from running? If so, what did you do to get rid of it?
*I’m also trying sleeping on my back. It sucks.
