This morning, I was lying in bed, staring out at the snow and thinking. (Funny how the snow makes you a little more pensive, isn’t it?) I’m about three pounds away from my goal weight. For all intents and purposes, I’ve lost the weight I wanted to lose. Any weight I lose on top of that will be bonus weight.

I’m clearly going to continue to be healthy most of the time, but how I do balance being healthy with still being able to eat some of the foods I love—that aren’t so good for me? So now what?
