My mom took advantage of my newly flexible schedule to come in and celebrate Restaurant Week with me. We went to Cipriani’s on Wall Street because she saw Regis go there and wanted to go there! I started with braeola (super-thinly sliced filet) with arugula and a bit of parmiggano reggiano. This isn’t Theodora’s Mom Losing Weight By Visiting Her In The City, so she had pasta fagioli (pronounced va-jul) to start. We both had the roast chicken for lunch and some pumpkin pie for dessert. (I only had a bit.)
