The Taco Bell Diet

Link: The Taco Bell Diet

“If you’re committed to losing weight in 2010, but not quite ready to give up the convenience and tastiness of the drive-thru, Taco Bell says you can have your burrito and eat it too with their new Drive-Thru Diet.”

Have you seen this commercial yet? It’s absolutely hilarious. Taco Bell launched this line of “health-concious” choices, called “Fresco.” While, technically, the seven items on the Fresco menu are low in fat grams, they are loaded with sodium and other claims that they are healthy are dubious. Undoubtedly, the ingredient list is probably packed with all kinds of chemicals, aka “food-like substances.”

Anything that sounds too easy? Probably is.
