It’s National Eating Disorder Awareness Week, so this is just a reminder to take a step back and appreciate your body for what it does for you.
Think about how it powers you through your workouts. Think about how it holds you up in your high heels.
It’s nice to have numbers to measure progress by, but the numbers on the scale or on the tag in your pants mean nothing if you’re not happy with yourself. (And every single store’s sizes are a little different anyway!)
Don’t compare yourself. Not to me, not to your best friend, not to supermodels you see on TV, not to other bloggers. You are a size healthy.
And you are beautiful. Happy Thursday everyone!
