This is what it looks like when I need to go grocery shopping.

I totally “get” vegeterianism and understand its health benefits. However, I must have some kind of meat in 95 percent of my meals. It’s just how it is. A meal doesn’t seem quite complete to me. But with no kind of dead animal hanging out in my fridge, I made this. Some brown rice, goat cheese, chickpeas, spinach and a bit of marinara sauce. Healthy? Yeah. Fulfilling and filling? Yeah…but it still needs an animal.
