As I got off the subway from my running class, I smelled Chipotle and was tempted to stop in and pick up some dinner.

My internal dialogue went something like this: “Theodora! You just got a box from FreshDirect! Go home and make yourself dinner. You have all the ingredients for fajitas. GO!”

I listened to myself and came home and made fajitas.

The running class tonight? KINDA AWESOME. We did the same two inner loops of the park, but we did intervals, which were both good and bad. Good in that I was really pushing myself and running hard and fast. Bad in that I was really pushing myself and running hard and fast. We ran hard for the distance between four lightposts and then recovered for the distance of two lightposts, but you could pick either your own distance or time. I’m really liking this class so far.
