For breakfast, I made the overnight oats with some banana and some Chobani pineapple yogurt, and it was a sweet way to start my day. I’m finally getting into the habit of making breakfast and actually eating it at home and it’s a nice little tradition now.

As far as lunch…my lunch date canceled on me, so I made another lunch date and met my friend at Arriba Arriba for some lunchtime fajitas. Fajitas are my go-to Mexican because they’re not quite as cheesy and bean-y as other Mexican dishes, so they don’t bother my stomach and they’re a bit better for you.
