Running is weird. Besides it being this new fad where you just run for an extended period of time (if you didn’t get that, we’re not blog friends any more), it messes with your body and your mind. Sometimes after I run, I want to eat anything I can get my hands on. Sometimes after running, the thought of food is repulsive. Running in the heat makes me tend towards the latter, so I actually didn’t have much to eat yesterday after running. Today, on the other hand, I can tell I’m going to make up for that. I had a hearty helping of overnight oats with a banana and some blueberries and sunflower seed butter.
Do you get hungry after running or a really hard workout? Or do you get sick to your stomach from running? If so, what do you do to prevent that?
