After a busy day at work and a Junior League meeting (and a phone call in between the two), I got home late and was hungry.

I had three options:

  • Order (you know I wanted to!)
  • Go to sleep hungry (HA.)
  • Or actually make something.

I actually made something. It wasn’t a fabulous meal, but it didn’t take long. In fact, it took approximately two minutes from opening my refrigerator and sitting down to eat it. I microwaved a turkey burger, a wrap and some spinach and put a little sauce on it and called it a day. I love great meals when I can, but sometimes you just gotta eat to eat. (Only sometimes. Not often.)
