Sometimes it doesn’t matter how healthy you are.

Wise words from my coworker, Lindsay. Right now, I have a headache and my allergies are bothering me. As you’ve been reading, I’ve been having some stomach problems.

I keep wondering “why?” I’m doing the healthy stuff right—I eat lots of fruits and veggies, not a lot of fried or fatty stuff, I exercise a lot. But no healthy lifestyle is going to prevent you from never feeling a little crappy—even if you’re “perfect.” (BTW, “perfect” doesn’t exist.)

More overnight oats for breakfast:

And a wrap I bought at the airport the other day for lunch. I’m not crazy about its long ingredient list, but I wasn’t crazy about wasting it either.
