Pushing Outside of the Comfort Zone…in Hawaii

I promise this will This might be my last post about Hawaii, but it might not.

I went to Hawaii to relax and recharge my batteries, but I never thought my tropical vacation would help me push outside of my comfort zone.

But, from hiking:

To flying more than 5,000 miles each way:

To stand-up paddleboarding… (sorry, no photo)

To running 12 hilly Hawaii miles with a former college track athlete..

To walking to the beach in just a bikini, no coverup…

My tropical vacation definitely pushed me outside of my comfort zone in all kinds of ways. But the comfort of spending a week with one of my best friends in paradise drinking wine and margaritas definitely helped.
