I wrote and rewrote a post about the Marie Claire story the health blogosphere is up in arms about, but in the end, there’s nothing I can say that hasn’t already been said. The bloggers mentioned wrote mature rebuttals on their sites, and other bloggers have written smart, nuanced posts about this. In the end, I think the truth lies somewhere in between; there’s always two sides to every story.

With that said, I had a turkey sausage flatbread for breakfast. We moved offices this morning, and I didn’t know what the kitchen situation would be, so I had to buy breakfast. Or…I didn’t have any food at home. Per usual.
