Jillian Michaels Challenge Update

At this time last week, I took on the Jillian Michaels challenge.

How did I do?

  • One thing that scares me: check.
  • One 500+ calorie workout: I’m thinking the BLAST class that I took at Equinox counts.
  • One new healthy recipe. I think last night’s recipe counts. I also had the leftovers for lunch.
