I am counting down the seconds until noon. When, after a year of sacrificed beer hard work, early weekend wake-up calls and races in the extreme heat, extreme cold, and everywhere in between, I get to sign up for the NYC Marathon! I’m trying not to jump up and down at my desk!
Last night, I wasn’t sure if I was going to have more to eat. Obviously, I did.
I had some Trader Joe’s Punjab Choley in the fridge, and I threw it over some brown rice. It could have maybe used some greens, but it was a good, quick dinner.
This morning, I had another whole wheat English muffin with sunflower butter and a banana. Quick, easy and easy to transport. (One of the things I HATE about bringing food to work is lugging big bags on the subway or while I’m walking.)
