Keep It Simple, Stupid

After last night’s book club, I was down (as was the limited supply of food in my apartment) for making my meals as simple as possible.

Banana and almond butter on a whole wheat English muffin.

A chicken pattie made in the grill pan, kale sauteed with a little sesame oil, et la piece de resistance…last night’s toasted baguette with some brie melted over it in the microwave.

They don’t all have to be masterpieces.
