It truly is a great treat for moms this Mother's Day. Though I am really doing my best to lose some weight, I also had to consider it as a cheat day for myself and because I love mom.
Cheat days are good. Not only mentally because they help you be stricter with yourself the rest of the time, but also for stopping the body go into starvation mode.
