I have a good giveaway for you guys today!
One of my freelance social media clients is Kristi Molinaro, the founder of 30/60/90, a high-intensity interval class. Her class at Equinox is one of my favorite classes in the city (my review from the first time I tried it) because it’s so intense. It’s 45-minutes of weights and plyometric moves broken up into 30-, 60- and 90-second intervals. I’m not a huge sweat-er, but I always walk out drenched in sweat. I plan on completely recommitting to this class after the marathon to get all my other muscles that I don’t use running back into shape.
Although the class is currently only in New York, Kristi does have a DVD–and she’s given me three copies of the DVD and three of her adorable 30-60-90 t-shirts to give away!
I don’t have a photo of the shirt right now, but it says “Every second counts.” Another mantra I’ve heard from Kristi is “you can do anything for 30 seconds.”
To enter to win:
This giveaway will be open until noon EST October 25. I will choose three winners and each will receive a DVD and a T-shirt.

I always tell myself "pain is strength", or something along those lines. I love to picture my muscle tissue tearing and scarring. Yuck, I know.
@Carina: yuck, indeed :)
Also, I liked it on Facebook!
I have to admit, I tend to really love all the Les Mills Body____ mantras/slogans. One of my favorites is "Fitness is a battle: Welcome to the front line."
Makes me feel like Jordan, warrior princess.
I always remind myself that I always feel better after a workout :)
I tweeted about the giveaway
As a variation on Kristi, when trying to hold a pace while running I often say to myself, "you can do anything for one mile."
I always sing the "just keep swimmin'" song by Dori in Finding Nemo. Has a nice rhythm/beat for me, too.
facebook liked and twitter followed.
To be really honest: having 2 children and going through natural deliveries with them I tell myself, "You can do anything for a time frame because you know its only _____ minutes left!" It always gets me through those intense times! :) I do not have a twitter account but I will definitely like it on facebook! Thanks for the chance to win a new workout dvd!
I would love to try out this DVD! One of my favorites is "no one every said this was going to be easy" from a Jillian Michaels workout.
I always tell myself "you never regret a workout" as a reminder that end result is worth it!
