Laurel, who’s running the NY Marathon on Sunday (cause she’s awesome), weighed in, too: You’re talking about a long run? Probably skip it. You might then have to adjust the rest of the schedule, or at least the next week or two, so you’re not adding too much distance (i.e., more than 1 or 2 miles) to the long run all at once. If you’re talking about a shorter run, def just skip it.

And Joel said: ”ha ha depends on your goal, take half of what you missed and add it to the next one”

Just FYI to anyone else that was wondering this.
