So I came home early (or somewhat early) and made a nice piece of lean sirloin steak and some asparagus. I also made a little side of fat free refried beans because they are part of my filling foods. I had about 8 bites of the beans and didn’t feel hungry for a steak dinner anymore. I packed it up and made 2 servings worth of either lunch or dinner for the week. I then continued to make my fat free popcorn because let’s be honest, its my junk food release. I am proud of myself for getting back on track today minus the whole going to the gym thing. I’m pretty sure that I am going to gain weight this week but hopefully it won’t be too drastic. If it is then I must say, I deserve to see a higher number on that scale after the ridic binge eating I did this weekend. I just wanted to let the rest of you ladies/gentleman know that I am so proud of all of you for sticking with your diets and losing so much weight. I will be a lot more content with my life when I hit my 15 lbs mark and obvious continue on this journey.
Keep up the fantastic work.
So Steph is awesome in real life too — I’ve known her since high school — but I am absolutely in love with her blog. Not only is she doing an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING job rocking the weight-loss thing, but look at all this positivity for not only herself, but everyone else! This girl is totally worth you all following. Now.
Also, she’s hot.
