So I came home early (or somewhat early) and made a nice piece of lean sirloin steak and some asparagus. Â I also made a little side of fat free refried beans because they are part of my filling foods. Â I had about 8 bites of the beans and didnâ€™t feel hungry for a steak dinner anymore. Â I packed it up and made 2 servings worth of either lunch or dinner for the week. Â I then continued to make my fat free popcorn because letâ€™s be honest, its my junk food release. Â I am proud of myself for getting back on track today minus the whole going to the gym thing. Â Iâ€™m pretty sure that I am going to gain weight this week but hopefully it wonâ€™t be too drastic. Â If it is then I must say, I deserve to see a higher number on that scale after the ridic binge eating I did this weekend. Â I just wanted to let the rest of you ladies/gentleman know that I am so proud of all of you for sticking with your diets and losing so much weight. Â I will be a lot more content with my life when I hit my 15 lbs mark and obvious continue on this journey.

So Steph is awesome in real life too — I’ve known her since high school — but I am absolutely in love with her blog. Not only is she doing an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING job rocking the weight-loss thing, but look at all this positivity for not only herself, but everyone else! This girl is totally worth you all following.
