Started today off with another Starbucks spinach/feta wrap. Per usual, I was running late. Also, my stomach was still not up to par, so I needed a little bit of carbs to settle it. A tall coffee, courtesy of Starbucks for me filling out a survey. And a banana!
Going to go for something very bland-but-still-healthy for lunch.
Per Joel aka Joel Trainer’s suggestion, I’m adding B complex vitamins into my routine. Tomorrow, I’ll start calcium-magnesium-zinc vitamins. He said they might bother my stomach, so I’m waiting till it’s settled down before rocking the roost again.
