I think y’all are getting as sick of the Starbucks wraps as I am. (Lie, I’m not really sick of them. They’re consistently yummy and mostly healthy.) So I won’t post a pic of the wrap and banana I had this morning. After my two glasses of wine last night, all previous unhealthy cravings returned. So I had a teeny tiny piece of dark chocolate and went to sleep and today is a brand new day!
I’ve got the eating healthy and working out pretty much under control for now, but the going out and just having 1-2 drinks and not eating bar food still takes a TON of willpower.
