Caveats:

  • I bought 4 Fages yesterday, and I will finish them.
  • If it’s between eating something “off-limits” or not eating, I will eat the healthiest “off-limits” item possible.
  • If I get through the week perfectly, I get the spinach feta wrap on Friday. (One day, I will figure out my intense addiction to this food.) Otherwise, none! (This alone should do it.)
  • This is only until I set foodt (talk about Freudian slips) on the island of Aruba on July 29. A normal healthy diet will commence after that.
  • This also includes no alcohol. None, zero. So don’t even try to tempt me, PLEASE!!!!!!!!!
  • Also, I will suck it up and wake up early EVERY SINGLE DAY to do cardio.
