After a great weekend with not too many questionable food choices (save for a little late-night cheese binge…mmm brie), it is back on the horse again. My weight is not coming off as quickly any more because I am not working quite as hard. After my spinach and feta wrap this morning (I do recognize it’s an addiction), I’m going to try to go back to almost no grains for the rest of this week to give my metabolism the jump-start it needs right now.
