I know a lot of you probably have pretty strong feelings about Julia Allison. Well, I really enjoy reading her blog, so when she asked me to do a guest post about how I lost all this weight, I wasn’t going to say no! Anyway, you can read it on her site, and I’ll cross-post it here a bit later.
