
So I had some technical difficulties while running today, hence the two “separate” runs. Today was significantly harder than yesterday even though I didn’t actually run as far. I was still sore from yesterday and was trying to push myself to run fast today. I think I did okay! When I was done, I went to the gym to foam roll my sore leggies. I miss Joel and my post-workout stretches with him, but since I won’t work out with him forever, I just have to stretch myself better.
