Here’s some great advice about the month before a big race. This is technically for a half or a full marathon, but hey, 10 miles is pretty damn long, too. I think the dress rehearsal is the best advice. After the stomach issues I had after my last run, I’m definitely going to try out a Luna bar and banana (what I plan on having before the race) on this Sunday’s run. It’s the last before the race — ahh!
