Guys, I wish I could be as awesome as you! You are totally rocking this challenge.
Your fearless leader? Um, not so much. As you may or may not know, I am now a freelance writer. Which means I get to sit at home on my couch with my laptop and dog.
That theoretically sounds awesome. (And it is pretty awesome.) But without a set 9-6ish schedule, work bleeds into personal and vice versa. I haven’t been going to the gym straight when I wake up, so it hasn’t always been happening. I think making a set and definite schedule for myself is even more important right now since I’m only accountable to myself and meeting my deadlines.
I admire y’all (especially E and Steph and Kendyl) for your preparing food in advance. I need to make that a constant habit instead of something I do when I “have extra time.” After doing a bit more work tonight, I am going to plan the rest of this week. That means meals, workouts, and when my “work day” is.
Goals for the week before? Giant fail. This drives me nuts. Just because I’m not trying to lose 50 pounds any more doesn’t mean I can let myself stop working out other than running or that I can eat whatever I want. I’ll post next week’s goals tomorrow.
Remember. You have until midnight PST (cause I’m nice like that) tomorrow to send me your progress for last week and your goals for the upcoming week!
I’ve come a long way, and I’m not going back to where I came from.
