After all of my indecision regarding a marathon plan, I am back where I started. I’m going to go with Hal Higdon’s Novice 1 training plan. I’m a little unsure about 4 days a week (I was thinkin’ 3), but I can always just cut one of those out. While my running group is still going on this month, (gah, when I can make it…) I’ll be sticking to those workouts for my short runs. Someday soon, I’ll be putting this in a Google Doc and linking to it from the sidebar for anyone who’s interested.
E’s marathon running group looks AMAZING. I wish there was something like this in NYC that trained one for something other than the NYC marathon. Anybody know of one?
