Overnight oats in a jar!
In the mix: half cup oats, one cup Greek yogurt, a few spoonfuls of sunflower butter and a banana. I was going to put almond milk in, but the almond milk had gone bad.
Remember how yesterday I wrote about how I thought I had conquered asthma? I spoke too soon, as I had an awful asthma/allergy attack last night and didn’t get much sleep. I had drank about half a bottle of red wine—and I’m usually a white girl—so maybe it was that?
What about you? Bottle of red or bottle of white…or does it all depend upon your appetite?
